What does this discount program include?
This program applies to customers that buy directly from USP on the USP Store only, in participating countries. Resellers and authorized distributors are not eligible.

How do I create a USP Access Point account or register new users?
1. Navigate to the USP Store
2. Click on the blue circle with the white question mark in the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Click “Accounts and Access” and select “Register for new Business Users” and follow the prompts to complete account setup.
Is it the Bill to Customer country or Ship to Customer country that triggers the applicable discounts?
The discount is based on the shipping address. The discount is not based on the billing address or country of ultimate destination (I.e., where the end user is located).
Will USP perform customs clearance for the shipments?
USP does not perform customs clearance for the shipments. International customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and tariffs levied for importation. They can either appoint their own broker, or the courier company will do the customs clearance on customers’ behalf. The default incoterm for USP is CPT, which means that USP is responsible for the shipment of the item until the port of entry. If the customer uses their own courier account, the incoterm will change to EXW. The customer becomes responsible for the shipment as soon as USP delivers the product to the carrier.
What is the shipping method used in the Free Freight program?
Free Freight only includes shipment via FedEx/DHL/UPS. Customers are not eligible for free freight for shipments sent via FedEx Custom Critical or World Courier.
If I purchase the same USP Reference Standard to receive the available discount and the lot received reaches its assigned Valid Use Date before using all units purchased, can I exchange the unopened units with the new lot?
No, USP's Terms of Sale remain unchanged. All sales are final, and we cannot exchange one lot for another due to the situation described.
Do I need to have a credit history with USP to be eligible for discounts and promotions?
Customers do not have to have a previous credit history or be on credit terms with USP. It is available to all customers that buy directly from USP via the USP Store where qualifying orders meet the program criteria.
What are the payment terms/conditions applicable and are there any exclusions in payment methods to be eligible for discounts and promotions?
